Informazioni Generali- General Information

Capannelle Arabian Horse Show: sarà organizzato conformemente al regolamento dei concorsi stabilito dalla EAHSC (allegato).
Il Comitato Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al programma in qualsiasi momento lo ritenga opportuno
per la buona riuscita della manifestazione.

Capannelle Arabian Horse Show: will be governed by the Rules for conduct of show established by EAHSC (annexed). The Organizing
Commitee reserves the right to modify the present programme for the good success of the show.
Condizioni di Partecipazione - Condition of Entry
Possono partecipare tutti i cavalli che siano stati regolarmente iscritti all’ANICA entro il termine d’iscrizione al Concorso
(30 Aprile 2004) di proprietà di soci effettivi ANICA ed i cavalli iscritti in uno Stud Book WAHO alla data di chiusura delle
iscrizioni; nessuna qualifica è richiesta per i concorsi di Categoria B. Le Categorie Futurity, NON ECAHO, sono aperte a
tutti i puledri nati in Italia nel 2004, la cui richiesta di iscrizione sia stata trasmessa alla Segreteria ANICA

Open to horses registred in any WAHO recognized Stud Book by the closing date of entries: 30th April 2004. Futurity Classes are open
to all foals born in Italy in 2004 for which a request for registration has been done with the ANICA registry. Futurity classes are not
ECAHO recognized and horses do not qualify.

Metodo di Giudizio

Tre giudici che assegneranno ognuno punti da 0 a 20 per: tipicità, testa e collo, dorso ed armonia, arti, movimento. A parità di
punteggio nelle categorie preliminari, verrà applicato il metodo 2a indicato nelle norme EAHSC (Regola 2a: I cavalli con pari punteggio
saranno chiamati nel ring e piazzati allineati uno di fronte all’altro. I giudici, senza conferire, scriveranno ognuno la loro preferenza).
Il piazzamento migliore verrà assegnato al cavallo con più preferenze. Se sussisterà parità lo spareggio verrà risolto con il metodo
2b (Regola 2b: Il piazzamento migliore verrà dato al cavallo con maggior punteggio in tipicità; se sussisterà ancora parità, si prenderà
in esame il maggior punteggio in movimento ed in caso di ulteriore parità, un giudice scelto a sorte indicherà la sua preferenza).

5 topic system with 20 points for: type, head and neck, body and topline, legs, movement. In case of ties in the qualifing places, method
"2a" as indicated in EAHSC rules will be applied. (Method 2a: the horse with equal scores are to be lined up one in front of other.
The judges, without confering, will each record their preference. The higher place will be given to the horse with the most first preference.
If there is an even number of judges and there is still a tie, the tie will be resolved with method 2b. Method 2b; the higher place will
be given to the horse with the most points for type. If there is still a tie, the higher place will be given to the horse with the most points
in movement. Failing a decision on either of these, one judge chosen by ballot will name his preference.
Campionato - Championship

Per la qualificazione ai rispettivi campionati si applica il "TOP FIVE SYSTEM". Pertanto viene ammesso al campionato il miglior
50% di ogni classe, meno uno, con il limite massimo di 5 cavalli per classe. Tutti i cavalli qualificati di ciascuna categoria (Puledri,
Puledre, Fattrici e Stalloni) entrano nel ring: i primi classificati si allineano in prima fila; i secondi classificati in seconda fila e
tutti gli altri cavalli (classificati dal terzo al quinto posto) in terza fila. I giudici scelgono i campioni e le riserve campioni secondo
le regole del campionato metodo d2. (Metodo d2: Quando il Campione è stato scelto, la Riserva sarà scelta allo stesso modo
fra gli altri cavalli piazzati al primo posto insieme al cavallo piazzato secondo al Campione). Quindi i giudici selezionano altri
tre cavalli fra i restanti che insieme con il Campione e la Riserva Campione formano il "TOP FIVE" dei rispettivi campionati.

For the "TOP FIVE SYSTEM" the better 50% of each class minus one, but not more than 5 horses, qualify. All qualified horses separately
for each category (Junior Males, Junior Female, Senior Males, Senior Female) come into the ring. All first placed horses are standing in the
front row, all second placed horses in the second row, all other horses (placed 3-5) in the third row. The Judges select their Champion and
Reserve Champion according to the rules for Championship with Method 2d. (Method 2d: when the Champion has been selected, the
Reserve will be selected in the same way from all the other first-placed horses, together with the horse placed second to the Champion).
They then select another three horses from all the remaing horses to form the "TOP FIVE" together with the Champion and Reserve.
Iscrizioni - Entries

Le iscrizioni devono pervenire alla Soc. Hipposet - Via A. Mascheroni, 7 - 00199 ROMA entro e non oltre il 30 Aprile 2004.
Le iscrizioni verrano accettate fino ad esaurimento dei box e solo se accompagnate dalla tariffa di iscrizione con bonifico bancario
a Banca Popolare di Milano c/c 000000016591 intestato alla Hipposet Snc - ABI 05584 CAB 03200 e dalla fotocopia del pedegree
o passaporto. Non si effettuano rimborsi per variazioni o cancellazioni di iscrizioni comunicate oltre il termine di iscrizione.

The closing date of entries is 30 April 2004. Entries will be accepted only if accompanied with the receipt for total payment
done by bank transfer. Entries will be accepted according to the available boxes. The Entry Form must be accompanied by a photocopy
of the registration document with the diagram horse or FEI recognised passport. No reimbursement for cancellation communicated
after the closing date, no change of horse will be accepted after the closing date. Payment by Bank Transfer only.
Tariffe - Fees

E 180,00 Box per la durata del concorso, comprensivo di una iscrizione per la morfologia, prima lettiera compresa.
For each box, includes one competition in show. First bedding included.

E 125,00 Puledri dell’anno iscritti alle Categorie Futurity compreso il Box, prima lettiera compresa.
Foals entered in Futurity classes. Box and entry. First bedding included.

E 100,00 Box di servizio.
E 350,00 Gazebi collocati in area riservata sul lato lungo del ring di mt. 4x4 muniti di tavolo e sedie.

Prezzi inclusi di IVA 20%. All prices incl. VAT 20%.

Arrivi e Partenze - Arrival and Departure
I cavalli potranno essere scuderizzati dalle ore 8 (e non oltre le ore 22) del giorno 14 Maggio 2004. Tutti i cavalli dovranno
partire entro le ore 12 del giorno 17 Maggio 2004.

Horses must arrive from 08,00 a.m. of May the 14th and have leave within 12,00 a.m. of May the 17th.

Norme Veterinarie - Veterinary Rules
Tutti i cavalli che partecipano allo Show devono avere il Passaporto WAHO (ovvero concesso dall’ANICA o da un Registry
WAHO se importato) e del Certificato di Sanità Mod. 4 rilasciato dal Servizio Veterinario delle ASL di provenienza con la
dichiarazione aggiuntiva che i cavalli hanno subito visita favorevole nelle 48 ore precedenti il carico e provengono da zone in
cui almeno da 30 giorni non si sono verificati casi di malattie diffusive e della certificazione di avvenuta vaccinazione antinfluenzale
(ciclo completo concluso da almeno un mese dall’ingresso in Concorso).

Each horse must be accompanied with its documents. Antiflu vaccination are mandatory. For horses coming from abroad, following
health rules EEC 90/426/CEE and 92/36/CEE.

Premi - Prizes

CAMPIONATI FINALI: ai quattro Campioni verrà attribuito un premio lordo di E 600,00 e alle quattro Riserve Campioni
verrà attribuito un premio lordo di E 300,00. Trofei e premi d’onore saranno attribuiti ai Campioni e alle Riserve Campioni.
A ogni campione verrà attribuita inoltre una sella Podium offerta dalla Equitec International Srl sponsor del Campionato.
Ai due puledri primi classificati delle Categorie Futurity NON ECAHO verrà attribuito un premio lordo di E 200,00. Premi
d’onore saranno attribuiti ai primi tre classificati delle due Categorie Futurity. Al miglior soggetto del Campionato "BEST
IN SHOW" verrà assegnato un trofeo offerto dalla Soc. Gestione Capannelle.

Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed horses in halter classes; trophies for champion and reserve champion.
Prizemoney for each Champion E 600,00 and for each Reserve Champion E 300,00 taxes have to be deducted.
At each champion will be awarded a Podium saddle offering by Equitec International Srl, show’s Sponsor.
Prizemoney for 1st placed horses in Class Futurity NON ECAHO E 200,00 taxes have to be deducted. Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
placed horses class Futurity.
